Attached is the poet AV release form. We need the poets who competing in the Semi-finals and Finals night to sign this form and return it to myself or Sean McGarragle.
Once all the release forms are signed, then we can get on with the exciting process of creating a Van Slam compilation CD, and DVD. These products will be used for fundraising, ie we'll use the proceeds to bring in more awesome feature poets, and send Vancouver poets to other big stages around the world. All very cool things that we need money to do.
Poets involved retain all rights to their poems. And we'll be able to send around MP3s, and video files from the play-offs for your own use. You could create your own CD or DVD, or spice up your MySpace page.
