Three Days
Ode to a Slammaster

I guess I have 4...how do you have so many RC? Are you counting just stuff at deux soleils or slam events or what?

I was going by the Sept 19th start date you initially proposed, the start of the new slam season.   Most of my poems are from my feature and then from the team slam.

No non slam events.  I thought it was going to only be slam organized events.

I'm in!  I like that it includes the open mic and the slam!

Okay revised rules (and yes I use the term rules loosely because this is about creating work and doing new stuff on the slam nights).

Starts any time after September 19th.
All poems done at Slam sponsored events.
Does include the fundraiser.
Each poet is responsible for documenting his/her own poems on this website.

You know it's funny, when I started coming out to slams, like many newbies I vowed to do new stuff every time... and whomever I talk to about this always states that they too were this naive back when they started slamming. But I love this idea. I know I have been absent from the slam scene as of late (busy practicing music with The Frame and for Mashed Poetics) but this makes me feel like getting right back into it. A fine challenge from Big Poppa E. A fine challenge indeed! FG.

I think this is my second slam so I think that brings my total to 4.

Are we going to include the UBC slam for poems to include?  If it's yes then I have one more to add...It Begins.

Not at UBC, just deux soleils slams but you can always either do a separate one for UBC...

Thank god for the haiku deathmatch.  I did ten haiku up there on the Cafe Deux Soleils Stage so that brings my total to 14.  You can read the haiku here.
