We had so much fun in the sun during our last team that we're throwing another team bout where the Van Slam team takes on all comers.
Here's the deal, if you're a poet and want to be on one of the teams and have a chance to take home the monthly championship and some cash then be at the show at 8:00 PM and put your name in the hat. The winners get to defend their title next month and get to brag for who knows how long.
Already participating will be the Van Slam Team, the Van Slam Youth Team, three time team member Zaccheus Jackson, three time team member The Svelte Ms. Spelt, Spillious the Ridiculous One and our International Slam Master, Lisa Slater.
Also there will be a short open mic for those who do not wish to participate in the competition.
